Why does my gel look dry and not sticky?

The opened colloid may feel dry and hard, which is completely normal and not due to product drying failure. It requires activation of gel. Kneading is the key step in releasing its stickiness.

How to activate gel?

1. Take a small amount (pea-sized).

2. Knead it thoroughly between your fingers.

3. Continue for 30-60 seconds. The heat from your hands will make it soft, warm, and restore its super tackiness.

Why do small fragments fall off when kneading?

Slight chip shedding is normal during initial use, especially for the outer layer of colloids. Continue kneading until the gel becomes soft and sticky.

Will gel leave any residue?

No way! This is precisely the advantage of this product. On most surfaces, it can be easily removed without leaving any traces.
